Contract on House in Atlanta

We finally have a contract on our home in Atlanta! We took a huge loss on the home, but with the current market condition we decided we could make up the loss on our purchase in Florida and would stop having to pay a mortgage and rent as well as all of the utilities in both cities. We should be closing with the relo company within 10 days! We have found a few houses that we love in Florida. One is on the intercoastal waterway at JAX Beach and the others are in St. Augustine. Now, we will just start making ridiculous offers and see if anyone is interested.
